Recently, our company designed and developed a low-voltage rail-powered material handling vehicle, specifically designed for efficient material transfer in semi-automated production lines. This equipment utilizes low-voltage rail power supply, ensuring stable and continuous operation, avoiding the problems caused by frequent charging during operation, and significantly improving production efficiency.
The vehicle is equipped with a hydraulic tilting platform structure, enabling automatic 90° tilting, facilitating the turning and docking of materials such as coils, steel billets, and molds. Simultaneously, the vehicle integrates an automatic weighing device, which monitors material weight in real time during transportation, providing reliable data for factory production management.
The entire vehicle has a robust structure, welded from high-strength steel plates.
